摘要
为探究传统企业数字化转型与其创新之间的关系,使用2013-2019年A股上市汽车制造企业数据,先从业务流程和技术应用两个层面,结合熵值法和理想解法对企业数字化转型程度进行综合评价,再构建动态面板模型,采用两阶段系统GMM估计方法进行实证检验。研究发现:在数字化转型的衡量指标中技术人员数量和资源配置效率的权重明显更高,相对而言库存优化与成本控制不是测度数字化转型程度的关键因素;传统企业数字化转型会促进其研发人员投入,但对研发资金投入有抑制作用;政府补助有助于强化数字化转型对传统企业创新的积极影响,但政府补助本身对企业创新有抑制效应;东部地区传统企业数字化转型对其创新的促进作用比非东部地区更明显。
In order to explore the relationship between the digital transformation of traditional enterprises and their innovation,this article uses the data of A-share listed auto manufacturers from 2013 to 2019,first from the two levels of business process and technology application,combining entropy method and TOPSIS to evaluate the degree of digital transformation of enterprises,then constructs a dynamic panel model,and use the two-stage system GMM estimation method for empirical testing.The study found that the weight of technician number and resource allocation efficiency are significantly higher in the measurement indicators of digital transformation,relatively speaking,the inventory optimization and cost control are not key factors to measure the degree of digital transformation.The digital transformation of traditional enterprises promote the investment of their R&D personnel,but it has a restraining effect on the investment of R&D funds.The government subsidy can help strengthen the positive impact of digital transformation on traditional enterprise innovation,but the government subsidy itself has a restraining effect on enterprise innovation.The digital transformation of traditional enterprises in the eastern region has a more obvious promotion on their innovation than in non-eastern regions.
