摘要
从阴阳理论出发简要分析爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒(EBV)相关疾病的中医辨证思路。基于阴阳理论中“交”与“变”的特性分析认为,EBV本身就是阴阳之交的结合体,而EBV相关疾病如传染性单核细胞增多症、鼻咽癌、恶性淋巴瘤,除具有各自的特性外,还表现出EBV所共有的阴伏阳动的共性,宜根据阴阳盛衰及阴伏阳动之势而定治法。
This paper analyzes the ideas of using Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation to treat Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)related diseases based on the yin-yang theory.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of"intersection"and"transmutation"in the yin-yang theory,EBV itself is the combination of the intersection of yin and yang.EBV-related diseases,such as infectious mononucleosis,nasopharyngeal carcinoma and malignant lymphoma,not only have their own characteristics,but also show the common characteristics of latent yin and stirring yang.Therefore,the treatment should be determined according to the exuberance and decline of yin and yang as well as the situation of latent yin and stirring yang.
