摘要
传染性单核细胞增多症(infectious mononucleosis,IM)简称传单,该病发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,西医以抗病毒及对症治疗为主,其副作用大且对EB病毒潜伏期感染无效,中药具有多层次、多靶点、低副作用等功用已被广泛认可。对该病的中医病因病机、中医药治疗等方面进行一系列综述,以期对IM的治疗研究提供参考。
Infectious mononucleosis is abbreviated as IM.The incidence of the disease is increasing year by year,western medicine is mainly based on antivirus and symptomatic treatment,its side effects are large and invalid for EB virus latent infection.Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely recognized for its multilevel,multitarget,and low side effects.A series of reviews on the etiology and vpathogenesis of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment,etc.,in order to provide reference for the treatment of IM.
