摘要
“冰上丝绸之路”建设可以为中俄经贸合作交流带来更多的发展机遇。从基建合作、产业合作及多元政策出发,分析了“冰上丝绸之路”视角下中俄贸易路径的开拓策略。在开展经贸合作交流过程中,中俄应不断加强基础设施建设及支点港口建设;以产业合作为核心,努力加强能源工业产业与文化旅游产业合作;以多元政策为保障,切实加强贸易的双边和多边结合,明确经贸合作交流中面临的机遇与挑战,实现互利共赢。
The joint construction of the Polar Silk Road can bring more development opportunities for Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation and exchanges.From the perspective of infrastructure cooperation,industrial cooperation and diversified policies,this paper analyzes the development strategies of Sino-Russian trade path from the perspective of the Polar Silk Road.In the process of carrying out economic and trade cooperation and exchanges,China and Russia should continue to strengthen infrastructure construction and pivot port construction,take industrial cooperation as the core to strengthen cooperation between energy industry and cultural tourism industry,and take diversified policies as the guarantee to effectively strengthen the bilateral and multilateral integration of trade,clarify the opportunities and challenges faced in economic and trade cooperation and exchanges for mutual benefits.
