摘要
文章基于农村产业融合影响乡村振兴的内在机理,分别构建农村产业融合和乡村振兴的综合评价指标体系,并运用熵值法对其进行测度,利用2010-2019年中国省级面板数据实证检验农村产业融合对乡村振兴的影响及运行机制。结果表明,农村产业融合对乡村振兴具有显著的推动作用,并且这种推动作用存在明显的区域差异性,其运行机制是农村产业融合促进农村经济增长和农民收入增长,进而推动乡村振兴。因此,要统筹衔接农村产业融合与乡村振兴,完善利益联结机制和利润分配机制,加大政府政策支持和财政投入,因地制宜制定政策措施,以更好地发挥农村产业融合对乡村振兴的促进作用。
Based on the internal mechanism of the influence of rural industrial integration on rural revitalization,two comprehensive evaluation index systems were constructed for rural industrial integration and rural revitalization and the entropy method was used to measure them.Using China’s provincial panel data from 2010 to 2019,the impact of rural industrial integration was empirically tested on rural revitalization and its operating mechanism.The study found that rural industrial integration has a significant role in promoting rural revitalization,and there are obvious regional differences in this promotion.Its operating mechanism is that rural industrial integration promotes rural economic growth and farmers’income growth,which in turn promotes rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the integration of rural industry and rural revitalization,improve the benefit linkage mechanism and profit distribution mechanism,increase government policy support and financial investment,and formulate policies and measures according to local conditions,so as to better play the role of rural industrial integration in promoting rural revitalization.
