摘要
基于扎根理论,通过对农业、工业、商业和服务业领域创业农民代表访谈,构建了3个主范畴和12个子范畴TFE农民创业制约因素模型,通过扎根分析,识别出两代农民创业者在不同创业背景下,创业成功与发展的制约因素时代变迁。遵循故事线“个性特质→资源要素→外部环境”演绎得出结论为:新生代农民是否创业,既受创业者敢于冒险、能够吃苦、勤于学习、勇于创新等个性特质的内生要素影响,也受区域产业集聚度、政府政策激励以及社会诚信度、营商环境等外生动力的制约。精准扶农创业政策重在培养具有创新精神的新农人,提升农村营商环境,开展针对性的培训项目等。
Based on the grounded theory,representatives of entrepreneurial farmers in the fields of agriculture,industry,commerce,and service industry were interviewed,TFE(Traits Entrepreneurial Factors and Environment)three main categories and twelve subcategories TFE farmers'Entrepreneurship constraint factor model were built.Through grounded analysis,the factors which influencing the entrepreneurial behavior of two generations of farmer entrepreneurs under different entrepreneurial backgrounds was defined.Following the storyline of"personality→resource elements→external environment".The derivation showed that the new generation farmers who started a business was constrained by the endogenous elements of entrepreneurs'risk taking,ability to endure hardship,hardworking and courage to innovate,the influence of regional industrial agglomeration,government policy incentives,social credibility,and business environment.The accurate policy of supporting agriculture and entrepreneurship should focus on cultivating new farmers with innovative spirit,improving the business environment in rural areas,and carrying out targeted training projects.
