摘要
目的:通过点评与分析社区卫生服务中心的中药饮片处方情况,规范医生处方开具行为,提高处方质量。方法:调取2020年1月至2020年12月北京市东城区社区卫生服务中心14775张中药饮片处方进行处方点评,对不合理处方进行分析和分类。结果:14775张中药饮片处方中,不合理处方共1588张,不合理率为10.7%。不合理处方类型包括不规范处方(58.57%)、用药不适宜处方(40.80%)及超常处方(0.63%)。结论:东城区社区卫生服务中心中药饮片处方质量有待提高,今后将完善中药饮片处方点评标准与制度,加强专家队伍建设,强化学习和协作,提高合理用药水平。
Objective:Analyze the irrational situation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces prescription in Community Health Service Center,standardize the prescription behavior of doctors,and improve the quality of prescription.Methods:14775 of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in Beijing Dongcheng District Community Health Service Center from January to December in 2020 were selected and prescription review.Analyze and classify irrational prescriptions.Results:Among 14775 pieces of Chinese medicine prescriptions,1588 pieces were unreasonable,and the unreasonable rate was 10.7%.The types of irrational prescriptions included non-standard prescription(58.57%),medication is not suitable for prescription(40.80%)and abnormal prescription(0.63%).Conclusion:The quality of Dongcheng District Community Health Service Center of traditional Chinese medicine prescription needs to be improved.We should continue to improve the standard and system of prescription comment,strengthen the construction of expert team,strengthen the cooperation,and improve the level of rational drug using.
