苍耳子不同提取物及其与辛夷配伍的动物实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:将苍耳子不同提取物及与辛夷配伍后灌胃给予动物,观察其毒性反应及抗炎作用,并进行比较。方法:急性毒性实验采用小鼠灌胃给药测定其最大耐受量(MTD),抗炎实验采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验。结果:苍耳子水提取物和醇提取物小鼠灌胃给药的MTD大于60g生药/kg,其与辛夷配伍后小鼠灌胃给药的MTD大于180g生药/kg;苍耳子不同提取物及其与辛夷配伍后对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有一定抑制作用。结论:苍耳子不同提取物与辛夷配伍后给予动物,动物体重增长要高于单纯的苍耳子不同提取物,说明苍耳子与辛夷配伍后毒性有所减小。苍耳子不同提取物与辛夷配伍后的抗炎作用也优于单纯的苍耳子不同提取物,进一步说明苍耳子与辛夷配伍后有增效减毒作用。 Objective:To study the toxicity responses and anti-inflammatory effects after intragastric administration of different extracts of Xanthii Fructus and its compatibility with the Magnoliae Flos to animals. Method:Maximally tolerated dose (MTD) was detected after intragastric administration of drugs to mice in acute toxicity experiment. And xylene induced ears of mice swelling experiment was applied in anti-inflammatory study. Result:MTD was larger than 60 g (herb)·kg-1 for the water extract and alcohol extract of Xanthii Fructus. And MTD was larger than 180 g (herb)·kg-1 for the compatibility with Magnoliae Flos. Different extracts of Xanthii Fructus and its compatibility with the Magnoliae Flos could inhibit mice ear swelling induced by xylene. Conclusion:The animal weight increase is higher in group administered different extracts of Xanthii Fructus combined with the Magnoliae Flos than in group administered different extracts of Xanthii Fructus, which indicates that toxicity is reduced after compatibility. And different extracts of Xanthii Fructus combined with the Magnoliae Flos show a better anti-inflammatory effect than different extracts of Xanthii Fructus, which further confirm the synergy and attenuation of Xanthii Fructus by Magnoliae Flos.
