摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环法在社区医院中药饮片处方点评中的应用效果,建立适合社区医院的处方点评模式,提升处方合理率,促进中药饮片安全合理使用。方法:选取上海市杨浦区定海社区卫生服务中心2023年1月—12月共2400张中药饮片处方,随机分为对照组和实施组各1200张。对照组采用传统人工处方点评方法,实施组应用PDCA循环法进行处方干预与点评,比较两组处方合理率及各类不合理处方类型的变化。结果:实施组处方合理率(90.92%)显著高于对照组(81.00%),且各类不合理处方比例均显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法可有效提升中药饮片处方点评的质量与效率,实现处方实时干预,促进临床合理用药,适用于社区医院中药药事管理体系的优化。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the PDCA cycle method in the review of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions in community hospitals,establish a suitable prescription review mode for community settings,improve the rationality rate of prescriptions and promote the safe and appropriate use of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods:A total of 2400 prescriptions for Chinese herbal pieces issued from January to December 2023 at Dinghai Community Health Service Center in Yangpu District,Shanghai,were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 1200 prescriptions each.The control group received traditional manual prescription review,while the intervention group underwent prescription intervention and review using the PDCA cycle method.The prescription rationality rate and changes in various types of irrational prescriptions were compared between the two groups.Results:The prescription rationality rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.92%vs 81.00%),and the proportions of all types of irrational prescriptions decreased significantly(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle method can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese herbal pieces prescription review,realize real-time prescription intervention,promote rational clinical drug use,and is suitable for the optimization of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy management system in community hospitals.
