摘要
目的对门诊麻醉药品和第一类精神药品(以下简称麻精药品)的不合理处方进行分析,为麻精药品的合理应用和规范化管理提供一些参考。方法抽取某院2019年5月—2020年4月门诊药房麻精药品处方1547张,对其中的不合理处方进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施。结果不合理处方93张(6.01%),包括不规范处方89张(5.75%)、不适宜处方4张(0.26%)、无超常处方。结论不规范处方比重大(95.70%),不规范处方中又以前记、后记缺项和数量、用法、剂量等书写不规范为主。
Objective Analyze the irrational prescriptions of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs,and provide some references for the rational application and standardized management of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs.Methods A total of 1547 prescriptions for narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in the outpatient western pharmacy from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected,and the irrational prescriptions were analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed.Results There are a total of 93 irrational prescriptions(6.01%),including 89 irregular prescriptions(5.75%),4 unsuitable prescriptions(0.26%),and no extraordinary prescription.Conclusion The vast majority of irrational prescriptions are irregular prescriptions(95.70%),which are mainly based on missed writing of some items and writing irregularities such as quantity,usage and dosage.
