摘要
我国部分高校当前所开展的科研育人工作会受师资队伍建设不足、资源未整合等多种因素的影响与制约,无法达到育人的效果。随着全过程、全方位教育体系的构建,为科研育人工作带来了新的思考,对高校当前的育人考核标准进行不断完善,并创新科研育人方式,整合育人资源,推动高校科研育人工作的有序进行,实现大学生多方面科研技能以及综合素养的全方位提升。
The scientific research and education work carried out in some universities in our country is influenced and restricted by many factors,such as insufficient construction of teaching staff,unconformity of resources,etc.With the construction of the whole process and all-round education system,new thinking has been brought to the work of scientific research and education,and the current assessment standards for educating people in colleges and universities have been continuously improved,and the methods of scientific research and education have been innovated,and the resources for educating people have been integrated,to promote the orderly work of scientific research and education in colleges and universities,and to realize the all-round promotion of scientific research skills and comprehensive literacy of college students.
