摘要
乡贤治村对新时代我国乡村发展具有重大价值。文章在乡村振兴视域下,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地考察法和专家访谈法对体育新乡贤参与乡村治理路径进行研究,对体育新乡贤进行概念厘定并分类,探讨当下乡村体育面临:制度机制缺失,不易实现“上下协同”之治、体育人才缺乏,不易形成“以点带面”之势、公共体育设施匮乏,不易促进“全民健康”、产业结构单一,不易预防“二次返贫”、体育文化缺失,不易进行“文化传承”等困境,在剖析体育新乡贤的时代内涵后,提出:创新机制,创建“村两委+体育新乡贤协会+村民”新机制、广纳贤才,实行多渠道激励保障举措、因地制宜,均衡合理建设公共体育锻炼场域、百花齐放,实施“资源跨界+科技加持”产业发展新模式、把握命脉,促进传统体育文化传承等对策建议。
It is of great value for the rural development of our country in the new era to govern the village by Xiangxian.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this study uses the methods of literature,logical analysis,on-the-spot investigation and an expert interview to study the path of sports Xinxiang sages participating in rural governance,define and classify the concept of sports Xinxiang sages,and explore the current problems faced by rural sports:lack of system and mechanism,challenging to realize the governance of"coordination between the top and the bottom,"lack of sports talents,It is not easy to form the trend of"from point to the area,"the lack of public sports facilities,the promotion of"national health,"the single industrial structure,the prevention of"second return to poverty,"the lack of sports culture,and the"cultural inheritance."After analyzing the connotation of the times of sports Xinxiang sages,this paper puts forward:innovate the mechanism,and create a new mechanism of"two village committees+sports Xinxiang sages association+villagers"Recruit talents,implement multi-channel incentive and guarantee measures,adjust measures to local conditions,build a balanced and reasonable public physical exercise field,let a hundred flowers bloom,implement the new industrial development model of"cross-border resources+scientific and technological support,"grasp the lifeline,and promote the inheritance of traditional sports culture.
