摘要
综合葛根芩连汤相关的动物实验及临床研究,梳理葛根芩连汤对肠道菌群的影响及其通过调节肠道菌群以治疗疾病的作用机制。葛根芩连汤可调节肠道菌群结构向正常状态转归,双向调节菌群多样性,上调双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)等益生菌属,下调Tyzzerlla属等机会致病菌属,抑制大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)等致病菌属,且这种作用的发挥受用药剂量及疗程的影响。葛根芩连汤能通过影响肠道菌群,增加体内短链脂肪酸的含量,减少肠道炎症因子,加强肠道紧密连接,形成生物屏障,维持肠道屏障和内环境的稳定,从而发挥对疾病的防治作用。
Based on animal experiments and clinical observations, this study clarified Gegen Qinlian Decoction’s influences on intestinal microbiota and summarized the specific mechanism of intestinal regulation for disease treatment. It is concluded that Gegen Qinlian Decoction can regulate the intestinal microbiota structure to a healthy state, biaxially regulate microbiota diversity, up-regulate probiotics such as Bifidobacterium, down-regulate opportunistic bacteria such as Tyzzerlla, and inhibit pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli. And this effect is affected by the dose and course of treatment. According to regulating intestinal microbiota, Gegen Qinlian Decoction can enrich short-china fatty acids, reduce intestinal pro-inflammatory factors, strengthen intestinal tight junction, form the biological barrier and maintain the stability of intestinal barrier and intestinal environment, in order to play a role in the prevention and treatment of diseases.
