Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with comfort nursing on complications, compliance and satisfaction of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage treated in the Department of Neurology of Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province from April 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with comfort nursing. The incidence of complications, medical compliance rate and nursing satisfaction score of two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of evidence-based nursing and comfort nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce complications, improve their compliance, and have positive significance in improving the relationship between nurses and patients.
