摘要
目的 探讨集束化护理在预防脑出血术后发生下肢深静脉血栓及改善情绪中的临床作用.方法 选取我院收治的80例脑出血手术患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法对患者进行分组,40例为对照组,采用常规护理方式进行干预,另40例为观察组,以集束化护理方式进行干预,比较两组患者的干预效果.结果 在下肢深静脉血栓发生率方面,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P>0.05);干预前,两组患者焦虑(SAS)与抑郁情绪(SDS)比较均无较大差异性(P>0.05),干预预后,观察组患者SAS与SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);但干预后7d比较,两组患者凝血功能指标对比无较大差异性(P>0.05).结论 采用集束化护理方式对脑出血术后患者进行干预可显著减少下肢深静脉血栓发生,且有利于改善患者情绪及护理满意度.
Objective To explore the clinical effects of clustering nursing in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and improvement of mood after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected for study.The patients were grouped according to the random number table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the other 40 were observation groups.Interventions were conducted to compare the intervention effects of the two groups of patients.Results In the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);in the satisfaction of care,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P>0.05);before the intervention,the two groups of patients were anxious There was no significant difference between SAS and SDS(P>0.05).The prognosis of the intervention group was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),but compared with 7 days after intervention.There was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intervention of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage by bundled nursing can significantly reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,and it is beneficial to improve the patient’s mood and satisfaction with nursing.It can be popularized and applied.
