摘要
目的探讨老年下肢骨折患者应用改良可调式防压疮下肢体位垫的临床效果。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,采用随机数字表法将2020年8月至2020年11月在中国科学院大学深圳医院就诊的80例下肢骨折患者分为2组,各40例。观察组应用可调式防压疮下肢体位垫,对照组应用传统下肢体位垫。统计两组压疮发生情况、患者舒适度及患肢肿胀消退时间,并进行对比分析。结果观察组压疮发生率为2.5%,比对照组的20.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理维度、心理精神维度、环境维度、社会文化维度评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均患肢肿胀消退时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年下肢骨折患者应用改良可调式防压疮下肢体位垫可有效减少压疮发生,增强患者舒适感,缩短患肢肿胀消退时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified adjustable anti pressure sore lower limb position pad in elderly patients with lower limb fracture.Methods 80 patients with lower limb fracture in Shenzhen Hospital,University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from August 2020 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with adjustable anti pressure sore lower limb position pad,and the control group was treated with traditional lower limb position pad.The incidence of pressure ulcer,comfort degree and swelling time of affected limb were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 2.5%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physiological dimension,psychological dimension,environmental dimension,social and cultural dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average regression time of limb swelling in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified adjustable anti pressure ulcer lower limb position pad in elderly patients with lower limb fracture can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcer,enhance the comfort of patients,and shorten the swelling subsided time of affected limb.
