摘要
目的评价联用中药汤剂和甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果。方法选择来本院就诊的甲状腺功能亢进症患者为研究主体,病例选取时间为2019年1月—2020年12月,于此阶段抽选出92例展开对比分析,按照患者入院时间先后顺序为原则分组,对照组46例接受甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组46例选择甲巯咪唑联合中药汤剂治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床药效、甲状腺功能水平以及甲状腺上动脉血流动力学指标。结果观察组用药后的临床总有效率高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的各项血流动力学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的血流阻力指数、舒张末期血流速度和收缩期峰值速度等指标明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的甲状腺功能指标相比治疗前明显改善,治疗后,观察组患者的促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)水平明显比对照组高,FT3、FT4水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗甲状腺功能亢进症选择中药汤剂联合甲巯咪唑治疗的用药价值高,对患者的甲状腺功能的恢复具有显著作用,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined Chinese medicine decoction and methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods The patients with hyperthyroidism who came to our hospital were selected as the main body of the study.The case selection time was from January 2019 to December 2020.At this stage,92 cases were selected for comparative analysis,and the patients were grouped according to the order of admission time.46cases in the control group received methimazole treatment,46 cases in the observation group were treated with methimazole combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,to observe and compare the clinical efficacy,thyroid function level and superior thyroid artery hemodynamic indexes of the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after medication was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the hemodynamic indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood flow resistance index,enddiastolic blood flow velocity and systolic peak velocity of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The thyroid function indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,after treatment,the thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the levels of FT3 and FT4were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of Chinese medicine decoction combined with methimazole for the clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism has high drug value,which has a significant effect on the recovery of patients’thyroid function,and is worthy of clinical application.
