摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗良性甲状腺结节的疗效与安全性.方法:选取良性甲状腺结节患者117例,随机分为两组,对照组59例给予左旋甲状腺素治疗;观察组58例采用益气化瘀方加减辅助治疗,治疗前、 治疗6个月后超声检查甲状腺结节体积变化,评价疗效,并记录治疗期间不良反应.结果:两组治疗6个月后甲状腺结节最大平均直径较治疗前明显缩短,平均体积均较治疗前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗6个月后甲状腺结节最大平均直径明显小于对照组,平均体积明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总有效率为81.03%,明显高于对照组的52.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为12.07%,明显低于对照组的27.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:益气化瘀方加减辅以左旋甲状腺素可提高甲状腺良性结节的治疗效果,而且安全性更高.
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of yiqi huayu decoction plus or minus levothyroxine(l-t4)in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods 117 patients with benign thyroid nodules admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were prospectively selected.They were randomly divided into two groups using the digital table method.59 patients in the control group were treated with levothyroxine.In the observation group,58 cases were treated with supplemental or subtraction adjuvant therapy of yiqi huayu prescription.Ultrasound examination of thyroid nodule volume changes before treatment and 6 months after treatment was performed to evaluate the efficacy and record adverse reactions during treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the maximum mean diameter of thyroid nodules in both groups was significantly shorter than that before treatment,and the mean volume was significantly smaller than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the maximum mean diameter of thyroid nodules in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the mean volume was significantly smaller than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 81.03%,significantly higher than 52.54%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was 12.07%,significantly lower than the control group 27.12%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion yiqi huayu decoction combined with levothyroxine can improve the therapeutic effect of benign thyroid nodules,and has higher safety.
