摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月期间,广州中医药大学第三附属医院和珠海市第五人民医院接收的甲状腺功能亢进症患者76例,将单纯给予常规西医治疗的38例设为A组,将给予常规西医和加味当归六黄汤加减法联合治疗的38例设为B组,对比A、B两组患者的临床治疗和安全性。结果治疗后,B组患者临床治疗的总有效率为97.36%明显高于A组的81.57%(P<0.05);B组患者各项血清指标T3、TT4、FT3、FT4以及TSH水平均明显优于A组(P<0.05);且B组患者的不良反应发生率为2.63%明显低于A组的23.68%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用加味当归六黄汤与甲巯咪唑片中西医联合的方式治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床效果显著,可有效降低患者甲状腺激素水平,且不易发生不良反应,治疗的安全性更高,值得在临床大力推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods During the period of September 2017-September 2018,76 patients with hyperthyroidism,received by our will simply given conventional western medicine treatment of 38 cases as group A,will be given conventional western medicine and flavored angelica when six addition and subtraction combined treatment of 38 cases as group B,the contrast of A and B two groups of patients with clinical treatment,and security.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in group B was 97.36%,significantly higher than that in group A(81.57%),P<0.05.The serum levels of T3,TT4,FT3,FT4 and TSH in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 2.63%,significantly lower than that in group A(23.68%),P<0.05,indicating A significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Modified angelica liuhuang decoction combined with Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism has a significant clinical effect,can effectively reduce the level of thyroid hormone in patients,and is not prone to adverse reactions,the treatment is more safe,it is worth promoting in clinical application.
