摘要
美国甲状腺学会和临床内分泌医师学会在2011年6月联合发表新版《甲亢和其他病因甲状腺毒症诊治指南》。指南共提出100条建议,涵盖Graves病、毒性结节性甲状腺肿和毒性甲状腺腺瘤等疾病的病因学诊断和对症处理、131I、抗甲状腺药物和外科手术等治疗手段。另外,新指南还涉及到未成年甲亢、妊娠期甲亢、Graves眼病、亚临床甲亢和药物相关性甲状腺毒症等的诊治。本文解读指南中有关甲亢和其他病因甲状腺毒症的诊治建议。
The American Thyroid Association （ATA） and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists （AACE） published Hyperthyroidism and other causes of thyrotoxicosis： management guidelines of the American Thyroid Association and American of Clinical Endocrinologists in June, 2011. The new guideline offers 100 proposals on the initial evaluation and management of Graves disease, toxic multi-nodular goiter or toxic adenoma including radioactive iodine, anti-thyroid drugs and surgery therapy. Besides, the guideline involves the diagnosis and treatment of Graves disease in children, adolescents or pregnant patients, Graves ophthalmopathy, subclinical hyperthyroidism and drug related hyperthyroidism. This review interprets the guideline about diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism and other causes of the thyrotoxicosis.
