摘要
                
                    目的:探讨医学本科生批判性思维问题分析能力的影响因素,为提升医学生批判性思维能力提供参考。方法:选取武汉市某医学院本科生进行问卷调查,并通过调节效应分析医学本科生批判性思维问题分析能力的影响因素。结果:385份有效问卷中,自主学习能力、提问思考习惯均正向影响批判性思维问题分析能力(P<0.01)。专业在医学生提问思考习惯与批判性思维问题分析能力之间的调节效应不显著(P>0.05),年级对其二者的调节效应有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医学本科生批判性思维问题分析能力受到其自主学习能力和提问思考习惯的影响。应重视医学本科生自主学习能力、提问与思考习惯的培养,针对低年级与高年级的学生采用不同的教学方法,并将多种教学方法联合使用以提升其批判性思维问题分析能力。
                
                Objective:To explore the influencing factors of problem analysis ability of critical thinking of medical undergraduates,so as to provide references for improving the critical thinking ability of medical students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical undergraduates in a medical college in Wuhan,and the influencing factors were analyzed on the problem analysis ability of critical thinking of medical undergraduates through moderating effect.Results:Among 385 valid questionnaires,autonomous learning ability and habits of questioning and thinking both positively affected problem analysis ability of critical thinking(P<0.01).There was no significant moderating effect of major on the relationship of questioning and thinking habits and problem analysis ability of critical thinking of medical undergraduates(P>0.05),and the moderating effect of grade on them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The problem analysis ability of critical thinking of medical undergraduates is influenced by autonomous learning ability and habits of questioning and thinking.Attention should be paid to developing the medical undergraduates'autonomous learning ability as well as questioning and thinking habits.Different teaching methods should be adopted for lower and higher grade students and a variety of teaching methods should be used together to improve their problem analysis ability of critical thinking.
