摘要
目的:基于网络药理学研究五味消毒饮治疗乳腺炎的作用机制。方法:借助TCM-ID、PubChem、PharmMapper等数据库筛选并预测五味消毒饮的有效成分及分子对接靶点。通过String数据库构建靶蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络,借助Cytoscape 3.6.1软件构建五味消毒饮靶点网络图。通过R软件的clusterProfiler程序包,将五味消毒饮治疗乳腺炎的关键靶点进行GO及KEGG富集分析。结果:从五味消毒饮中共筛选出26个有效成分,治疗乳腺炎靶点68个,经GO分析发现,五味消毒饮涉及细胞功能74条;经KEGG富集分析发现,五味消毒饮调节乳腺炎相关的信号通路82条。结论:五味消毒饮的有效成分能通过多个靶点、多条通路发挥对乳腺炎的治疗作用,为进一步深入开展五味消毒饮治疗乳腺炎的作用机制研究提供了新的思路。
Objective:To study the mechanism of Wuweixiaodu Decoction in the treatment of mastitis based on network pharmacology.Methods:By means of TCM-ID database,PubChem database and PharmMapper database,the effective components and molecular rendezvous targets of Wuweixiaodu Decoction were screened and predicted.The target protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed by String database,and the network diagram of the target of Wuweixiaodu Decoction was constructed by Cytoscape 3.6.1 software.The key targets of Wuweixiaodu Decoction in the treatment of mastitis were analyzed by GO and KEGG enrichment analysis through the clusterProfiler package of the R software.Result:26 active ingredients were screened from Wuweixiaodu Decoction,and 68 therapeutic targets for mastitis were found.By GO analysis,it was found that Wuweixiaodu Decoction involved 74 cell functions.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that Wuweixiaodu Decoction regulates 82 signal pathways related to mastitis.Conclusion:The effective ingredients of Wuweixiaodu Decoction can exert its therapeutic effects on mastitis through multiple targets and multiple pathways,which provides new ideas and clues for further research on the mechanism of Wuweixiaodu Decoction in the treatment of mastitis.
