摘要
探讨创新合伙人内涵和机制的基础上,以海淀创新合伙人实践为例,分析其发展特点和问题,提出进一步完善创新合伙人机制、有效激励创新的政策建议。
Based on the discussion of the connotation and mechanism of innovation partner, taking the practice of innovation partner in Haidian as an example, this paper analyzes its development characteristics and problems, and puts forward policy suggestions to further improve the innovation partner mechanism and effectively stimulate innovation.
