摘要探索开发新型的创客空间人才培养模式。针对目前高校学生“双创”思维不足,以及高校创客空间人才培养面临师资匮乏、教学模式落后、校企合作利益分配不均等困境,利用分布式数据库、哈希函数、时间戳、共识机制以及非对称加密等区块链技术,构建包括数据层、网络层、合约层、共识层、应用层的“1+N”分布式创客空间,形成高校学生、创业导师、学校、学院、校外合作企业等多主体协同的环链式创客空间人才培养机制,以打破信息壁垒、畅通分享和获取人才培养经验的渠道。并进一步以Y大学创客学院为例,通过其具体实践成果验证基于区块链的“1+N”分布式创客空间人才培养机制可行有效。 This paper aims to explore and develop a new model of talent training in makerspaces. In view of the current lack of entrepreneurship and innovation thinking of college students, the shortage of teachers, backward teaching models, and unequal distribution of benefits from school-enterprise cooperation, a "1+N" distributed makerspace including data layer, network layer, contract layer, consensus layer and application layer is built by using distributed database, hash function, time stamp, consensus mechanism and asymmetric encryption, and other blockchain technologies, in order to form a multi-subject collaborative talent training mechanism for college students,entrepreneurial mentors, schools, colleges, and off-campus cooperative enterprises, to break down information barriers,and open channels for sharing and acquiring talent training experience.And further, a maker college of Y university is taken as an example to verify that the "1+N" distributed maker space talent training mechanism based on blockchain is feasible and effective through its specific practical results.
