数字经济助推制造业高质量发展的动力机制与实证检验——来自浙江的考察被引量：49

The Dynamic Mechanism and Empirical Test of Digital Economy Promoting the High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry——Based on the Investigation of Zhejiang

摘要制造业与数字经济深度融合是推动制造业高质量发展的关键,但由于行业特点不同,数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响趋势与程度存在不确定性。本文分析了数字经济助推制造业高质量发展的内涵要求与动力机制;以2007-2018年浙江省年度数据为样本,利用Super-SBM-O-C方法估算制造业高质量发展水平,采用熵值法估算数字经济发展水平,进而实证检验了数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响。结果发现:数字经济对制造业高质量发展具有显著正向促进作用,经过替换被解释变量和核心解释变量进行稳健性检验后,结果依然可靠;进一步拓展研究发现,数字经济对劳动密集型制造业高质量发展呈现显著负向影响,对资本和技术密集型制造业高质量发展呈现显著正向影响。鉴于上述结论,本文提出相应的对策建议。 The deep integration of manufacturing industry and digital economy is the key to promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.However,due to different industry characteristics,the tendency and degree of influence of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry are uncertain.This article analyzes the connotation requirements and motivation mechanism of the digital economy to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.This paper takes the annual data of Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2018 as a sample,uses super-SBM-O-C method to estimate the high-quality development level of manufacturing industry and entropy method to estimate the development level of digital economy.It then empirically tests the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The results show that the digital economy plays a significant positive role in promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.The results are still reliable after replacing the explained variables and core explanatory variables for robustness testing.Further research shows that digital economy has a significant negative impact on the high-quality development of labor-intensive manufacturing industry,and a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of capital and technology-intensive manufacturing industry.Accordingly,In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
