摘要
护士作为ICU患者的直接护理者和临床警报的直接接收者,当警报响应延迟或被错过会影响患者的护理质量和生命安全。综述了ICU心电监护仪临床警报的发生频率、护士响应情况、危害、评估工具和管理改进措施,旨在为国内学者在ICU心电监护仪临床警报相关方面的深入研究提供帮助,以期进一步提高ICU心电监护仪临床警报管理水平。
Nurses are the direct caregivers of patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU)and the direct recipients of clinical alerts,and delayed response or missed alerts would affect the quality of care and safety of patients seriously.The frequency of clinical alarms of electrocardiogram monitor in ICU,the related responses of nurses,and the hazards,assessment tools and management improvement measures of clinical alarms were reviewed to provide references for further researches on clinical alarm of electrocardiogram monitor in ICU,and to improve the management of clinical alarm of electrocardiogram monitor in ICU in China.
