摘要
目的 探讨监护室医用设备报警智能化管理及相关问题,为改进警报处置效果提供参考。方法 以2022年2—4月期间使用的医疗设备常规警报管理信息为对照组,2022年5—7月使用监护室医用设备报警智能化管理信息为观察组。结果 观察组虚假警报次数较对照组减少,医疗设备维护合格率、警报设置、医护人员警报处理和识别能力得分观察组均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 基于医用设备警报生命周期的监护室设备报警智能化管理能有效改善医护人员对警报的应答与处置,提高了医护人员的警报管理能力,减少了不良事件发生。
Objective To explore the intelligent management of medical equipment alarm in intensive care unit and related issues, and to provide reference for improving the alarm handling effect. Methods The routine alarm management information of medical equipment used from February to April in 2022 was used as the control group, and the intelligent alarm management information of medical equipment used in intensive care unit from May to July in 2022 was used as the observation group. Results The number of false alarms in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the qualified rate of medical equipment maintenance, alarm setting, alarm handling and recognition ability of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p0.05). Conclusion Intelligent management of medical equipment alarm based on medical equipment alarm life cycle can effectively improve the response and disposal of medical staff to alarm, improve their alarm management ability and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
