摘要
据数据统计,轴流式引风机失速大的原因主要包含过大的系统阻力、较差的叶片材料质量、风机动态不平衡、风机本体扩散器振动等。基于这些原因,该电厂采取了一系列应对措施和改善方案,从根本上解决了引风机失速的问题。本文对某电厂300 MW机组投运期间引风机失速案例进行了阐述,对防控对策进行了总结,可供借鉴参考。
Currently,according to reliable data,the causes of large axial draft fan stall mainly include excessive system resistance,poor blade material quality,fan dynamic imbalance,fan body diffuser vibration,etc. Based on these reasons, the power plant adopted a series of corresponding countermeasures and improvement programs to fundamentally solve the problem of induced draft fan stall speed. This paper summarizes the case description of the induced draft fan stall and the prevention and control measures during the commissioning of a 300 MW unit in a power plant,which can be used as a reference.
