摘要
宝鸡第二发电有限责任公司ASN1950/1000型动叶调节轴流式锅炉送风机,在2003年7、8月曾经相继发生10次失速。通过对风机运行参数的分析及二次风系统的检查,认为其主要是暖风器阻力增加,造成锅炉二次风系统阻力增加所致。对暖风器积灰清理后,送风机电流、风机出口风压、二次风暖风器差压大幅度降低,风机运动工况良好,未再发生失速。
The title forced draft fan in Baoji Power- Generation Co Ltd no. 2 had consecutively stalled for 10 times in July and August, 2003. Through analysis of operation parameters concerning the fan and inspection of the secondary air system, it is believed that the main cause was the increase of steam air heater's resistance, making the resistance in secondary air system of the boiler to be increased. After cleaning the dust deposition on the steam air heater, the electric current and outlet air pressure of said forced draft fan, as well as the differential pressure of steam air heater for the secondary air all to be decreased by a big margin, the operating situation of said forced draft fan to be good, and no stalling occurred again.
