摘要
针对浙能兰溪电厂锅炉引风机曾多次发生失速的情况,在分析轴流引风机失速机理基础上,根据实测数据对引风机失速原因进行了探讨,认为空预器堵塞严重导致管路阻力特性变化是引风机失速的原因,并提出了引风机失速的处理及预防措施。
This paper analyzes the reason of stalling for induced draft fan based on stalling principle, in connection with that induced draft fans have stalled many times in Lanxi power plant. Pipeline's resistance had changed because of ash clogging in regenerative air heater, is the main reason of stalling. The paper also puts forward treatment and preventions to avoid fan stalling.
