摘要
根据地方高校在应用型人才培养方面存在人才供需结构失衡、专业建设不适应产业发展需要、课程设置与企业岗位不适应、应用型人才培养的路径不清晰等问题,通过对国内外应用型人才培养研究的梳理,提出地方高校应根据地方经济、社会发展和产业对人才的需求,按照应用型人才培养的内在逻辑,围绕“政校企协同”建立政产学研共生机制,紧贴区域产业,实施“三链融合”,构建产业群与专业群、岗位群和课程群“四群互动”,对接岗位需求的应用型课程体系。通过校地合作汇聚资源,协同搭建创新平台,不断推进科技创新、产业创新。采取人才引进、培育、提高相结合的措施,实施校地人才资源共建共享。通过“五育协同”,聚焦“四个突出”,构建“产学研合作”的应用型人才培养体系,达到应用型人才培养的目标。
Local universities have problems in the cultivation of applied talents such as the imbalance of the supply and demand structure of talents,the professional construction not meeting the needs of industrial development,curriculum settings not suiting corporate positions,and the unclear path for the cultivation of applied talents.By combing the cultivation of applied talents at home and abroad,it is proposed that local universities should establish a government-industry-university-research-symbiosis mechanism around“government-school-enterprise synergy”in accordance with the local economy,social development and industry demand for talents and the inherent logic of applied talent training.It is supposed to keep close to the regional industry,implement the“three-chain integration”,and build an application-oriented curriculum system that meets the needs of positions by the“four groups of interaction”among the industry group,the professional group,the post group and the course group.Through school-locality cooperation,resources will be gathered,the innovation platform will be collaboratively built,and technological innovation and industrial innovation will be continuously promoted.Measures that combine talent introduction,cultivation,and improvement should be taken.The joint construction and sharing of school and local human resources should be implemented.Through the“Five Education Collaboration”,the“Four Highlights”will be focused on,and the applied talent cultivation system of“industry-university-research cooperation”will be constructed to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.
