协同理念下江苏省“政校企”体育人才培养模式研究 被引量:1

Research on the Training Mode of"Government-School-Enterprise"Sports Talents in Jiangsu Province under the Concept of Collaboration

摘要 该文依据协同理论,通过调查法、专家访谈法等探究江苏省体育人才培养模式。研究发现,江苏省体育人才培养存在供求失衡;政府支持力度强,灵活性差;高校人才培养供求错位;校企培养力度增加,实践成果少等现象。提出政府、高校、企业应通过构建人才培养模式,树立校企合作理念;发挥政策中介作用,建立合作平台;深化高校改革,提高校企关联性;打造专业集群,创建培养基地;建立评价体系,完善培养模式等,促进江苏省“政校企”体育人才发展。 Based on the theory of collaboration,this paper explores the training model of sports talents in Jiangsu Province by the investigation method and expert interview method.The research finds that there are some phenomena in the training of sports talents in Jiangsu Province,such as unbalanced supply and demand,strong government support and poor flexibility,dislocated supply and demand of college talent training,increasing school-enterprise training efforts and few practical results.It is proposed that government,universities and enterprises should establish the concept of school-enterprise cooperation by the construction of the talent training model,play the intermediary role of policies to establish cooperation platforms,deepen college reform to promote school-enterprise correlation,build professional clusters to create training bases,and establish the evaluation system to improve the training model,etc.,so as to promote the development of"government-school-enterprise"sports talents in Jiangsu Province.
