摘要
民族村寨型景区对带动当地社会经济发展和助力乡村振兴具有重要的作用。本研究通过PYTHON3.7软件,获取携程、大众点评、马蜂窝三家网站对肇兴侗寨景区的全部点评样本,使用ROST.MC6软件对样本进行高频词的提取、情感分析,采用季节性强度指数方法、内容分析法对民族村寨型景区要素感知、时间差异感知和形象感知分析,研究结果表明:(1)游客对民族村寨景区的建筑景观、民族文化表演和原生态旅游氛围感知最明显;(2)在时间差异上游客对夜晚感知强于白天,由于受节庆活动、天气气候、旅游促销活动等影响,肇兴侗寨景区旅游季节性分布呈“双峰型”;(3)整体形象感知和情感反应很好,但也存在景区收费与性价比问题,旅游“商业化”氛围问题,景区内部交通收费与游客不方便问题,管理服务问题,使游客产生一定比例的消极情绪。最后,根据研究结论提出对应的政策建议,以期为民族村寨型景区的发展提供借鉴。
Ethnic village-type scenic spots play an important role in driving local social and economic development and helping rural vitalization.In this study,this paper obtained all the review samples of Zhaoxing Dong Village scenic spot from Ctrip,Popular Review and Ma Hive websites through PYTHON3.7 software,and used ROST.MC6 software to extract high-frequency words and sentiment analysis on the samples,and used seasonal intensity index method and content analysis method to analyze the elemental perception,time difference perception and image perception of ethnic village type scenic spot,and the research results show that:(1)tourists perceive the architectural landscape,ethnic culture performance and original ecological tourism atmosphere of the ethnic village scenic spot most obviously;(2)tourists perceive night more than day in terms of time difference,and the seasonal distribution of tourism in Zhaoxing Dong Village scenic spot is"bimodal"due to the influence of festivals,weather and climate,tourism promotion activities,etc.;(3)the overall image and emotional response are very good,but there are also problems of scenic spot charges and cost performance,tourism"commercialization"atmosphere,scenic spot internal transportation charges and tourists′inconvenience,and management services,which make tourists have a certain proportion of negative emotions.Finally,according to the findings of the study,the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed in order to provide a reference for the development of ethnic village type scenic spots.
