摘要
以大运河清名桥历史文化街区为案例地,以马蜂窝、携程网、去哪儿网、美团网和大众点评网的游客游记与评论为资料来源,运用内容分析法、社会网络分析法(SNA)和"重要性—表现程度"分析法(IPA)研究游客体验要素的结构与质量。总结归纳出运河自然风光、建筑景观、运河历史文化、运河生活风貌等24个旅游体验要素,并对各要素进行等级评定。SNA分析结果显示,要素结构网络具有多核心、高密度特征,各要素之间联系紧密,运河自然风光、文化展示场所、运河历史文化等是核心要素;IPA分析结果表明,清名桥历史文化街区在静态要素的建设和展示方面做得很好,但动态(活态)要素是旅游发展的短板。据此提出设立"水弄堂原生态居民区",维护传统生活氛围;活化运河动态要素,丰富运河特色体验;加强环境管理,保护生态环境等对策建议。
This study took the Qingming Bridge Historical and Cultural District along the Grand Canal as a case site,collected tourist comments and travels in Ma Ma honeycomb,Ctrip,Qunar,Meituan and Dianping website as the source of data,used content analysis,social network analysis(SNA)and"Importance-Performance"analysis(IPA)to study the structure and quality of tourist experience elements.The research summarized 24 tourist experience elements such as the canal natural scenery,architectural landscape,canal history and culture,and canal life style,while evaluated the rating of each element and then graded each element.SNA analysis showed that the network structure had the characteristics of multi-core and high-density,and the elements were closely related.The canal natural scenery,cultural exhibition places of the canal,and history and culture of the canal were the core elements;IPA analysis showed that Qingming Bridge Historical and Cultural District have done a good job in the construction and display of static elements,but the dynamic(living)elements were the areas of weakness in tourism development.Based on this,it is proposed to establish a"water lane original ecological residential area"to maintain the traditional living atmosphere;activate the dynamic(living)elements of the canal,enrich the unique experience of the canal;strengthen environmental management and protect the ecological environment.
