摘要
为揭示交通隧道施工安全事故致因因素间的关联关系和各个因素的重要程度,以163个交通隧道施工安全事故案例为样本,基于扎根理论获取事故致因因素,构建人因分析和分类系统(Human Factors Analysis and Classification System,HFACS)模型,通过频率分析、关联性分析、让步比分析及权重分析,获取13对存在关联的致因因素,关联强度OR值在2.262~12.444之间。结果表明,在不良的组织管理层级中,权重较大的安全责任未落实因素是事故发生的主要致因,其影响.着不安全监管层级中监管不力因素,进而影响不安全行为条件层级中安全意识淡薄因素和安全教育培训不足因素,最终影响不安全行为层级中违章作业因素。
In order to study the correlation between the causal factors of traffic tunnel construction safety accidents and theimportance of each factor,this research takes 163 traffic tunnel construction safety accident cases as samples and explores accidentcausal factors based on the rooting theory.Then,HFACS(Human Factors Analysis and Classification System,HFACS)model isconstructed,and 13 pairs of causal factors are obtained through frequency analysis,correlation analysis,concession ratio analysis,and weight analysis.The OR values of correlation strength range from 2.262 to 12.444.The results show that in the poororganizational management level,the factor of unimplemented safety responsibility with greater weight was the main causal factor ofaccidents,which influences the factor of inadequate supervision in the unsafe supervision level and the factor of weak safetyawareness and insufficient safety education and training in the unsafe behavior condition level,and ultimately influences the factor ofviolation of rules and regulations in the unsafe behavior level.
