摘要
重症医学是一门新兴学科,随着时代的发展、社会的进步,重症医学得到迅猛发展,已作为一门独立学科在医疗卫生体系中发挥了不可替代的作用,然而,在现今的医学教育体系中,重症医学科教学工作,尤其是本科教学工作步伐却明显落于其后,存在诸多方面的不足因素。文章以某三甲医院为例,对该院重症医学科本科教学现状进行梳理,并调查临床医学生对重症医学的认识程度,分析临床医学生对重症医学知识的倾向性,查找重症医学教学缺陷与不足,探索重症医学教学方案、教学模式、教学方法,进行重症医学课程创新、教学改革,提高重症医学科的教学水平,培养重症医学专业人才,对医院教学水平的提高及重症医学科的发展具有重要意义。
Critical care medicine is an emerging discipline.With the development of the times and social progress,critical care medicine has developed rapidly and has played an irreplaceable role in the medical and health system as an independent discipline.However,in the current medical education system,the teaching work of critical care medicine,especially the undergraduate teaching work,obviously lags behind,and there are many shortcomings.In this article,in the case study of a hospital,we summarized current situation of undergraduate teaching work in ICU and understand the degree of understanding of clinical medicine students on critical care medicine.And then we analyze the tendency of clinical medicine students to critical care medicine knowledge,and find out the defects and deficiencies in critical care medicine teaching.Exploring the teaching plan,teaching mode and teaching methods of critical care medicine,carrying out innovations in critical care medicine courses and teaching reforms,improving the teaching level of critical care medicine,and cultivating professionals in critical care medicine,which is of great significance to the improvement of hospital teaching level and the development of critical care medicine.
