摘要
发展动力机制变迁引致我国农村集体经济组织历经三次嬗变:一是新中国建国初期集体化过程中从弱到强再至僵化的变迁;二是改革开放后"去集体化"过程中从僵化到新生再至弱化的变迁;三是十八大以来改革深化过程中新型农村集体经济组织重构的变迁。鉴于农村集体经济组织发展受到其所嵌入经济社会网络的深刻影响,本文基于嵌入性视角从制度嵌入、结构嵌入、关系嵌入及认知嵌入等维度出发,探析发展动力机制变迁如何致使农村集体经济组织嬗变。研究发现,政府政策制度导向、所处经济社会网络结构位置、社会关系网络和农民认知程度等嵌入性因素均不同程度地影响着农村集体经济组织发展动力机制,因此需要从制度、结构、关系及认知四个维度针对性地优化我国农村集体经济组织发展动力机制。
The change of dynamic mechanism has led to the evolution of rural collective economic organizations in China: The first change is transition from weak to strong and then to rigid in the process of collectivization in the early days of the People’s Republic of China;The second change is the transition from rigid to renascent and then to weak in the “de-collectivization” process after the reform and opening-up;The third is the transformation of the reconstruction of new rural collective economic organizations in the process of deepening reform since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.Because the rural collective economic organization development is deeply affected by its embedded economic and social network, this paper explores how the evolution of dynamics mechanism leads to the evolution of rural collective economic organizations from the perspective of embeddedness which including institutional embeddedness, structural embeddedness, relationship embeddedness, and cognitive embeddedness.This study find that the embedded factors, such as government policy and institution orientation, organization’s position in the economic and social network structure, social relationship network and farmers’ cognition degree, can all affect the development dynamic mechanism of rural collective economic organizations to varying degrees.Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the development dynamic mechanism of rural collective economic organizations from institution, structure, relationship and cognition.
