摘要
目的调查分析育龄期乳腺癌患者生育忧虑现状及影响因素,为干预育龄期乳腺癌患者生育忧虑和全国性调查提供参考依据。方法使用一般资料调查表、中文版癌症后生育忧虑量表、社会支持评定问卷、SF-12健康量表对2018年1月—2020年1月长沙市3所三级甲等医院收治的306例育龄期乳腺癌患者进行横断面调查。结果育龄期乳腺癌患者生育忧虑总分为50.90±11.74分,多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、文化程度、术后时间、每月经济收入、化疗、放疗、与配偶的关系、职业、子女情况是育龄期乳腺癌患者生育忧虑的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论育龄期乳腺癌患者生育忧虑处于中等偏上水平,婚姻状况、文化程度、术后时间、每月经济收入、化疗、放疗、与配偶的关系、职业、子女情况是生育忧虑的影响因素,其中婚姻状况的影响最大。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of fertility anxiety in breast cancer patients of childbearing age and provide reference for intervention and national investigation of fertility anxiety in breast cancer patients of childbearing age.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 306 breast cancer patients of reproductive age admitted to GradeⅢClass A hospitals in Changsha from January 2018 to January 2020 by using the general data questionnaire,Chinese version of postcancer fertility anxiety scale,social support rating questionnaire and SF-12 health scale.Results The total score of fertility anxiety in breast cancer patients of reproductive age was 50.90±11.74 points,multiple linear step by step regression analysis showed that marital status,educational level,postoperative time,monthly income,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,relationship with spouse,occupation and children statue were the main influencing factors of fertility anxiety in breast cancer patients of childbearing age.Conclusion The fertility anxiety of breast cancer patients in childbearing age was above medium level.Marital status,educational level,postoperative time,monthly economic income,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,relationship with spouse,occupation and children statue were the influencing factors of fertility anxiety and marital status had the most important influence.
