摘要
目的 了解高职院校护生对社区失智老年人照护知信行现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2022-10-01-2022-12-31采取整群分层抽样的方法,从山东中医药高等专科学校、泰山护理职业学院、山东第一医科大学护理学院3所院校2022级、2021级、2020级随机抽取1 236名护生作为研究对象,用一般资料量表、自制社区失智老年人照护知信行调查问卷进行调查分析,Spearman相关分析护生对社区失智老年人照护知识、态度与行为关系,单因素及多因素线性逐步回归分析护生对社区失智老年人照护知信行的影响。结果 1 236名护生对社区失智老年人照护知信行得分均值为(52.97±6.95)分,知识等级优秀占54.69%,态度等级优秀占96.20%,行为等级占17.64%,知信行总得分优秀占32.20%,良好占61.57%,差占6.23%。护生对社区失智老年人照护知识与态度的相关系数为0.43,知识与行为的相关系数为0.18,态度与行为的相关系数为0.13,均呈正相关。其中与失智老年人相处的经历(t=-3.69,P<0.001)、和老年亲戚来往密切(t=-2.95,P=0.003)、学习过老年护理相关课程(t=-2.05,P=0.041)、参加过老年人服务活动(t=-4.20,P<0.001)、愿意从事老年人护理工作(t=-2.70,P=0.007)、喜欢护理老年人(t=-3.52,P<0.001)是护生对社区失智老年人照护知信行的主要影响因素。结论 高职院校护生对社区失智老年人照护知识掌握不够,照护行为比较差,今后高职院校应加强这方面的教育和培训。
Objective To understand the current status of nursing students knowledge,beliefs,and practices in caring for elderly people with dementia in the community,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods From October 1,2022 to December 31,2022,2022,1236 nursing students were randomly selected from Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Mount Taishan Vocational College of Nursing,and School of Nursing of Shandong First Medical University as the research objects by cluster stratified sampling.The general information scale and the self-made questionnaire on knowledge,attitude,and practice of care for the elderly with dementia in the community were used for investigation and analysis.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between nursing students'knowledge,atti-tude,and behavior of care for the elderly with dementia in the community.Single factor and multi factor linear stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the impact of nursing students on the knowledge,attitude,and practice of care for the elderly with dementia in the community.Results The average score of 1236 nursing students in terms of knowledge,attitude,and behavior towards caring for elderly people with dementia in the community was(52.97±6.95)points.A-mong them,54.69%had excellent knowledge levels,96.20%had excellent attitude levels,17.64%had behavioral levels,and 32.20%had excellent knowledge,attitude,and behavior scores,61.57%had good scores,and 6.23%had poor scores.The correlation coefficient between nursing students'knowledge and attitude towards caring for elderly people with dementia in the community was 0.43,the correlation coefficient between knowledge and behavior was 0.18,and the correlation coefficient between attitude and behavior was 0.13,all of which were positively correlated.Among them,the experience of interacting with elderly people with dementia(t=-3.69,P<0.001),close contact with elderly relatives(t=-2.95,P=0.003),learning courses related to elderly care(t=-2.05,P=0.041),participating in elderly service activities(t=-4.20,P<0.001),willingness to engage in elderly care work(t=-2.70,P=0.007),and liking to care for elderly people(t=-3.52,P<0.001)were the main influencing factors of nursing students'knowledge,attitude,and behavior towards caring for elderly people with dementia in the community.Conclusions Vocational college nursing students have insufficient knowledge and poor care behavior in caring for elderly people with dementia in the community.In the future,vocational colleges should strengthen education and training in this area.
