摘要
为了了解养老护理员的职场生活经历,本研究对12名养老护理员进行深度访谈,采用克莱茨(Colaizzi)现象学研究方法进行资料分析。将类似的概念进行了归纳、分类,提炼出了4个大主题、8个子主题,其中4个大主题分别是自立、照顾、支持和成长。访谈结果显示:应该重视养老护理人员的职场生活内心体验,同时应该为养老护理员制定有针对性的支持政策。
In order to understand workplace life experience of the elderly caregivers,we conducted in-depth in‐terviews with 12 elderly caregivers,and used the Colaizzi phenomenological research method to analyze the data in this study.The similar concepts were summarized and classified,and 4 major themes and 8 subthemes were extracted.The four main themes were self-reliance,caring,support and growing.The results of the interview showed that we should pay attention to inner experience of the elderly caregivers in the workplace life,and at the same time develop targeted policy support for the elderly caregivers.
