摘要
氢核磁共振(^(1)H-NMR)是解析化合物结构的有力工具,定性、定量的分析方法已在生物、医疗卫生、食品、石油化工、地质及化学材料等领域发挥着重要的作用。本文从研究方法和应用现状等方面对^(1)H-NMR技术进行了综述,分析了其在应用中的局限性,并结合中药研究的特点和需求对未来的发展趋势进行展望,以期为该技术更好地用于中药分析研究提供参考。
Proton nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H-NMR)is a powerful tool for identifying compound structure and a common method for qualitative and quantitative study.It has played an important role in several fields such as biology,health care,food,petrochemical industry,geology,and chemical materials.In this paper,current research methods and the latest application status of ^(1)H-NMR technology were reviewed for the first time.The limitations of this technology were also discussed.Meanwhile,the paper prospected the future development trend according to characteristics and requirement of traditional Chinese medicine in order to offer reference for better study.
