摘要
北沙参药理活性丰富,属于常用中药材,且是“药食同源”中药材之一,是我国主要出口创汇中药材产品之一。但《中国药典》对北沙参没有明确的质量控制指标,且鉴别方法简单,亟待完善。因此,加强北沙参的真伪鉴定和质量评价方法研究,对于保障北沙参质量,进而保障其临床用药的安全有效及促进其国际贸易均具有重要意义。本文分别从性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定和分子鉴定等方面对其真伪鉴定方法进行了总结,并对北沙参的品质优劣评价方法(如薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、指纹图谱法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术等)进行了概括,同时就北沙参的重金属及农药残留等安全性评价方法进行了介绍,以期为其相关研究及应用提供参考。
Glehniae Radix is a common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as well as food.It has many pharmacological activities and is a main TCM for export.However,there is no quality evaluation method of it in Chinese pharmacopoeia.The identification also needed improvement.Thus,it is important to establish the quality control methods of Glehniae Radix,to ensure the safety of clinical use and to promote its international trade.This paper summarized the identification methods of Glehniae Radix including morphological identification,microscopic identification,physiochemical identification and molecular identification.Evaluation methods such as thin-layer chromatography,ultraviolet spectroscopy,high performance liquid chromatography,fingerprint chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were also concluded.Finally,the detection methods for heavy metals and pesticide residues detection used for Glehniae Radix were introduced to provide reference for the standard construction of Glehniae Radix.
