摘要
舰炮专业课程与部队任职岗位紧密联系,为解决传统教学模式在现阶段舰炮专业课程实战化教学中存在的不足,对舰炮专业课程教学设计、课程资源建设、课程教学活动进行了探索。尝试引入对分课堂模式,改变以往“教员教、学员学”(以教员为中心)向“教员教学员学”(以学员为中心)理念的转换,在舰炮战斗使用课程中开展教学改革课堂实践,设计教学内容、教学方法、教学时间分配等,以期将对分课堂模式推广应用,为舰炮专业课程实战化教学改革提供思路。
Naval gun specialty courses are closely related to military positions.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode in the actual combat teaching of naval gun specialty courses,the teaching design,curriculum resources construction and teaching activities of naval gun specialty courses are explored.This paper attempts to introduce the mode of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion classroom to change the concept of“teacher teaching and student learning”(teacher centered)to“teacher teach students how to learn”(student-centered).The classroom practice of teaching reform is carried out in the course of naval gun combat use,and the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching time allocation are designed,which will promote the application of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion classroom model and provide ideas for the actual combat teaching reform of naval gun specialty courses.
