摘要
习近平总书记反复强调,保护生态环境必须依靠制度、依靠法治,体现了鲜明的法治观。这既是加强生态文明建设的重要原则,也是习近平法治思想在生态环境保护中的实践深化和科学运用,具有深刻的实践内涵。学习贯彻习近平法治思想的生态环境法治理论,必须深刻理解"人与自然是生命共同体"的科学论断,以法治思维和法治方法推进生态文明建设,加快生态环境保护立法,健全生态环境保护执法体制,完善生态环境保护司法体系。
The CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping reiterated that the protection of ecology and environment must count on institutions and the rule of law,which demonstrates the view of rule of law.It is not only an important principle of the further development of ecological civilization,but also a further practice and a scientific application of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law in the protection of ecology and environment.It has profound practical meaning.Study and implementation of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law in the protection of ecology and environment calls for fully understanding of Xi’s proposal that we are living in a community of life for man and Nature.Therefore,we can advance the development of eco-civilization to think and act based on law by speeding up legislation on ecological and environmental protection and improving law enforcement structure and judicial system that are closely related to protection.
