摘要
近年来在我国经济快速发展的背景下,生态环境与资源保护承受着较大的压力,而经济的快速增长也往往伴随着对生态环境的破坏及资源的浪费,并进而成为影响经济社会可持续发展的重要原因。习近平总书记非常重视生态文明建设,并在生态文明建设方面发表过许多重要论述,这些重要论述对实现人与自然的和谐共处、生态环境与资源的保护,以及实现经济社会的可持续发展提供了重要指引。深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,深刻阐述我国在生态环境保护立法、执法及司法方面所取得的巨大成就和贡献,能有效提升我国生态环境治理能力及完善生态环境法治建设。
In recent years,under the background of the rapid economic development in China,the ecological environment and resource protection are under great pressure,and the rapid economic growth is often accompanied by the destruction of the ecological environment and the waste of resources,which has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of the economy and society.General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,and has published many important discussions on the construction of ecological civilization.These important discussions provide important guidelines for the realization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,the protection of ecological environment and resources,and the sustainable development of economic society.To carry out Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization deeply,and to expound the great achievement and contribution made by our country in legislation,law enforcement and judicature of ecological environment protection,it can promote our country's ecological environment governance ability and perfect the construction of ecological environment rule of law.
