摘要
翻转课堂作为一种有效的教学模式得到国内外教育界的高度认可并为个性化教学提供了可能。面对大班额的多班级课程教学,需要更多关注翻转课堂的学习体验。学习共同体的三级组织模式可以更好地促进翻转课堂中知识的内化。通过分析翻转课堂中构建学习共同体的诉求,提出学习共同体构建的核心理念,配套设计学习共同体的构建策略和运行机制,以期进一步拓展翻转课堂的应用场景,并提高翻转课堂的教学绩效。
As an effective teaching mode, the flipped classroom has been highly recognized in the education circle at home and abroad, and provides the possibility for individualized teaching. Facing large class size and multi class teaching, we need to pay more attention to the learning experience of flipped classroom. The three-level organization of school and learning community promotes the internalization of knowledge in flipped classroom. This paper analyses the request of constructing the school and learning community for flipped classroom, promotes the core ideas of construction, and designs the construction strategies and operating mechanism of school and learning community accordingly, in order to improve the performance of flipped classroom teaching.
