摘要
短跑是一项十分激烈且极具观赏性的体能类田径项目,速度素质和力量素质是影响短跑成绩的最关键因素,而短跑运动员的成绩很大程度上取决于其核心力量的强弱。在日常的力量训练中,核心区的力量对短跑中髋关节力量的发展和身体平衡能力的提高具有非常重要的作用。对运动员身体重心的控制,能够使运动员的核心部位保持稳定,运动过程中的力量得以有效传递,从而提高运动效率。
Sprint is a very intense and ornamental track and field physical fitness project.speed quality and strength quality are the most critical factors affecting the performance of sprint,and the performance of a sprinter largely depends on the strength of its core.In the daily strength training,the strength of the core area plays a very important role in the development of hip strength and the improvement of body balance ability in sprint.Through the control of the center of gravity of the athlete's body,the core part of the athlete's body remains stable,so that the power in the process of movement can be effectively transmitted,so as to improve the efficiency of the movement.Core strength training is a necessary means and way for sprinters to carry out strength training.
