摘要
高质量就业是提高居民幸福感的重要保障。贸易开放从内在要求和外部环境两方面对就业质量产生影响,并通过提高人力资本水平来促进就业质量的提高。本文利用CFPS (2018)调查信息,构建就业质量的指标体系并进行测度。实证检验发现:贸易开放显著提高了就业质量,但不同地区、不同经济发展水平之间存在异质性;贸易开放显著提高了人力资本水平,进而促进了就业质量的提高。进一步研究表明,市场化水平、法治水平的提高以及营商环境的优化能显著提高就业质量。我国应继续扩大贸易开放,实施差异化开放政策,提升人力资本水平,优化就业环境。
High-quality employment is an important guarantee for improving residents’ happiness. Trade openness has an impact on the quality of employment from both internal requirements and the external environment,and improves the quality of employment by enhancing human capital. Using the latest CFPS( 2018) survey information to construct and measure an index of employment quality,the empirical test finds that trade openness significantly enhances the quality of employment, but there is heterogeneity among different regions, different levels of economic development;trade openness has significantly increased the level of human capital and thus significantly boosted the quality of employment. Further research shows that the improvement of marketization,the law and the optimization of the business environment have significantly improved the quality of employment. Governments need to further expand the opening-up,implement differentiated opening policies,raise human capital and optimize the employment environment.
