摘要
在中国共产党的领导下,社区教育的发展大致历经了孕育于社会教育中的萌芽期、补充学校教育发展的滥觞期、面向社区居民开展的探索期和全面开展实验工作的发展期等4个阶段,并在内涵建设、服务能力、推进能力、整合能力及外部关系等方面得到较大提升。展望未来,我国社区教育还需始终坚持在中国共产党的领导下继续深化完善法规制度,保障运行机制;发挥利益主体参与热情,全面推进社区教育改革;加快专业化发展进程,提升不同领域的教育质量;整合优化教育资源,力促社区教育优质发展;立足国际视野与平台,发展中国特色社区教育。
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the development of community education has roughly gone through four stages:the embryonic period conceived in social education,the rising period of supplementing school education development,the exploratory period for community residents and the development period for comprehensive experimental work.At the same time,community education has been greatly improved in terms of connotation construction,service capabilities,advancing capabilities,integration capabilities and external relations.Looking forward to the future,community education needs to deepen and improve the laws and regulations under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and ensure the operating mechanism;give full play to the enthusiasm of stakeholders,and promote the reform of community education;accelerate the process of professional development,and improve the quality of education in different fields;integrate and optimize educational resources,and promote the high-quality development of community education;develop community education with Chinese characteristics based on an international perspective and platform.
