摘要
笔者通过对苏州市儿童就医情况调查研究,发现近几年来其儿科医疗服务能力有了大幅提高,但是其需求潜力巨大。建议从完善区域儿科医疗服务体系,加大儿科医疗资源供给;发挥区域儿童医疗中心作用,推动优质医疗资源共享;探索构建紧密型儿科医联体,助推区域儿科医疗同质化;搭建区域儿科进修培训平台,加快儿科医学人才培养等四个方面来实现儿科的分级诊疗。
With the continuous development of social and economic level and the improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demand for high-quality medical care is constantly increasing,especially in the field of children’s medical service.Through the investigation and study on the medical treatment of children in Suzhou,the authors found that the pediatric medical service capacity has been greatly improved in recent years,but its demand potential is huge.It is suggested to improve the regional pediatric medical service system,increase the supply of pediatric medical resources,give play to the role of regional children’s medical centers,promote the sharing of quality medical resources,explore the construction of a close pediatric medical association,and boost regional pediatric medical homogenization.The hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of pediatrics can be realized from four aspects,such as setting up regional pediatric advanced training platform and accelerating the training of pediatric medical talents.
